it has been a while...

hello friends

It has been a while....

I am sitting in a college cafe here in Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA.

I am about to pack up my school stuff and play some spikeball, but I had to write you guys.

I have to be honest.

There has been this BATTLE raging in my mind for the past month. 

Perfectionism is pitted against Passion. 

My PASSION is to tell you of all the wonderful, growing, and inspiring stories from my summer in Youth With A Mission (YWAM) in Europe. 

but

My PERFECTIONISM whispers

"It must be perfect." 

"You need to convince your friends you did good things over there."

"Not sure you are up for the task, bud." 

And let's be honest, part of me agrees with that little whisper. 

I don't know where to start.

Everytime I open up my camera role to scroll for pictures...

Happiness. Nostalgic. Sadness. Joy. Memories.

ahhh so many emotions flying around my mind. I cannot keep up with the circus.

I can only handle them one at a time. 

I cannot juggle right now. 

But as I scroll, I am reminded. 

Of His faithfulness in every story. 

So that's what I will do. 

One story at a time. 

One memory at a time. 

Yeah, one step at a time...I can do that.
